Hello!
I am planning on improving over my C920 streaming setup. So can you please suggest some great cameras to use with vMix in price range of 500 - 1000$. This camera will mostly be used for streaming and it should have 1/8jack and XLR audio inputs. Most of the time it will be connected it to my Avermedia Live Gamer Portable to capture video source. And from time to time I will shoot videos and interviews on set.

Thanks!

Apart from second-hand, you won't find a camera with XLR inputs for this budget but you can use a Tascam/Zoom/Beachtek audio adapter/recorder/mixer for extending audio inputs.
Consumer camcorders from Canon Sony Panasonic and many more might suit your needs.
I like Canon HF G series

I totally agree with DWAM, and I would append a recommendation that you could perhaps look into using a Saramonic SmartRig and buy a camera without XLR, e.g a camera like the Canon HF G30 which I've bought, and have really good experience with, and to a fairly low cost. And as DWAM says, second-hand stuff can really be worth it, to keep the budget low.

If you keep the audio external from the cams and use an outboard mixer, you can get some decent cams for the money. It won't make you look super pro, but a panasonic G7 or a Sony Rx100 or Rx10 all give some good image, uncompressed hdmi out at a low pricepoint. You can then use external mics, xlr cables and a cheap mixer to do the sound, while having superior image for almost no money.
