I feel sure this is something others before me may have requested, but I don't recall seeing it in feature requests, so I thought I'd post this. We need the ability to add edge frames to Inputs within multi-view. I would suggest the ability to select colors, pixel thickness and a transparency %. Maybe even an option for the edge to be flat, beveled or rounded. Right now, the only way to accomplish this is to pre draw the frames you want then use them as an overlay in multiview...then you have to fit your Inputs to them...very time consuming. This feature would greatly enhance the look of multuview elements. Hope everyone will get on board and support this so maybe Martin can work this into a future update sooner than later.

An easier method is to design an image with "holes in it" (alpha transparency) which comes on top of everything else (overlay 5 in multiview)

This way it's easier to position each input, your initial design can be done with any style (in photoshop or any other optimized software) and it's very quick to set up.

Hope this helps,
Guillaume

@ JimJacobs

You are correct, I believe this or a similar request has already been made.
The "Overlay" Settings has this ability but it is not available for "Multiview" Overlays (yet).

DWAM you are correct. That's how I created the one I did. But it would be so much easier if you could just add it to each of the overlay inputs if desired.
