Goodmorning everyone. I write for a problem I can not solve. A kind of graphic error. As you can see from the attached image, I often find in the previews of "input", cut part of the graphic. This happens when I open previews, and I'm going to close some applications, like the machine, the computer, he could not handle graphically Vmix.

Yet I can do streaming hd, making replay, and use three cameras. The problem seems to increase when I add a lot of input, for example 20-30. I hope I was clear and that someone can help me.
THANK YOU

Hi,

Can you confirm the latest vMix is installed?
This bug was fixed a few versions back.

Regards,

Martin

@ STADIORADIO

Are there specific procedures or actions required to 'duplicate' or 'create' this behavior?
I suspect it is GPU and/or CPU related as I have experienced similar "remnant" or "stuck" portions of other windows in the past when I have had a lot of windows open and multiple processes going on while using vMix and alternating and switching between windows.

Yesterday I did a test with the latest version. I was about thirty input. Some "wide / open" other "reduced." The error occurs when I go to reduce / close the on-screen input. I was not doing anything special, no streams, no rec, nothing

A nuisance for sure, what happens if you 're-size' or minimize and restore the main vMix Ui?

Can you check if onboard graphics is enabled in the bios and if so disable it?

I have only seen this screen corruption happen on older systems where both graphics were enabled at the same time.
It also seems isolated to Windows 7.

Martin

@ STADIORADIO

I tend to believe that it is graphics card related.
Is Martin correct in assessing that you are running Windows 7?

@ DWAM

I've learned in life that it is never safe to "assume"...
I am not familiar with Windows 8 and it's themes or how similar they may be to Windows 7, never-the-less, we digress, I'm just seeking confirmation that will validate Martin's assertion that it is an issue isolated to Windows 7.

@ DWAM

Not to digress further, but perhaps I have missed something...
I don't see it "written" anywhere on the attached images that it is Windows 7.
Where should I be looking?
