I have this problem when entering a virtual set I get this error:

unsupported file format

  INPUTS_AI
AddNewInput.INPUTS_AI
D3DERR_INVALIDCALL: Invalid call (-2005530516)

how I can fix?

Hi,

It appears you are using an unlicensed version of vMix.
Please not that using an unlicensed (hacked/cracked) version is against the vMix terms and conditions.

The error message also indicates your graphics card is not capable of using the Virtual Set feature.
