Testing a Expression Encoder screen capture (1920x1080) in highest quality converted to .wmv as vMix input

vMix Output Size Settings 1280x720 send to fullscreen not sharp at all compared to playing same file in any other player (image 1)

Kicker: Output Size Settings 1920x1080 the input is split up sort of (see image 2)

What did I do wrong ?

video plays fine in any other player
