Could anyone please tell me how I can control the speed of the scroll text in the Ticker title?

The speed of the ticker is determined by two factors:

1. The duration of the ticker, this can be set by clicking the Clock icon in the Title Editor.
2. The length of text.

The two work together, so a ticker with 100 words set to 2 minutes will
run twice as fast as a 50 word ticker with the same duration.

In addition to what ask says there is a feature request for Consistent ticker speed that you might wanna cast your vote on.
