Delay in Zoom when recording

Howdy folks ... got a question regarding recording in zoom. When I record in vmix, all is good. But when I record in Zoom, using vmix as a video input in Zoom, the audio and video are out of sync.
Perhaps it's because my audio is going through zoom but the video is coming from vmix? I do not see vmix as an audio source in zoom. Is this possible and maybe the solution?
Thanks!

If your audio is over the telephone or via a computer microphone to zoom, it will likely get to zoom before the video is rendered and received. So consider using something like voicemeeter to pass audio into vmix and virtual cable to pass vmix's audio to Zoom.
Another approach is to continue to let Zoom do the recording and sync it up in post production.

Make sure you sample rate and bit rate of your zoom match that of vMix.
