Just checking if anyone has come across this.
vMix 18.0.0.58 Windows 10 Motherboard x99 X-keys XKE-124 T-bar
On occasion, when starting vMix, the x-Keys does not connect with vMix. Lights are on etc but no control. Solution, close v-Mix and restart. Usually works fine then.
Again, doesn't always happen.

Not quite this issue,
But I've just started noticing an issue with multiple xKeys. We have two XK-80's. Sometimes after opening vMix, they are mixed up. Which makes none of the mapped shortcuts work. If I unplug one, the other one works as expected. Sometimes they both work, sometimes not.
Same specs for our machine.

Thinking about it some more, maybe one of ours is connecting and the other isn't.
Could be the same issue.

I received the following from x-Keys. X-Keys "I've not had a report of this happening before, and there is no firmware upgrade for that unit. The only thing I can think of would be the Window's power feature "USB Selective Suspend" , perhaps it is cutting contact with the particular USB port you are using, which reminds me to mention that if you are using a USB hub it absolutely needs to be a powered one, and if you are using a hub it might be worth testing to see if this happens when the unit is plugged into the computer directly. Regardless, try disabling USB selective suspend on your system here is a link titled "how to enable" but you can use the same information to disable as well http://www.howto-connect...elective-suspend/."We are not using a hub so that is not the problem. I also tried other USB ports with the same result. I have now disabled USB Selective Suspend (as suggested above) to see if that makes a difference. Martin

We use a USB hub with external power to connect the xkeys to. When I connect the panels in the same order, they do not get mixed up.
