anybody knows why the fourcc code of a recorded speededit file is not shq2? it shows up as HDYC.
am i the only one who struggles in editing the file on a mac? anybody has a good workflow > without transcoding to
edit vmix - speededit records quick?

any help would be appreciated

SHQ2 (or other numbers) are the FourCC of the SpeedHQ codec, just one of many options that can be exported for SpeedEdit. The FourCC you listed appears to be RAW YUV ( https://www.fourcc.org/hdyc/ ) I would check your export settings.

thanks for the hint - but i dont want to export a file - its in the record settings or? > rec speededit - if i do that wiht a tricaster file i dont have any issues - i can nativ edit that file with osx/win - the speededit codec is good - but the loss of time on transcoding is not acceptable - what kind of file i have to record to edit it without export - all i want is a copy job
