Hi,

As vMix Social is used to broadcast comments from Facebook to the world, it can only access
posts on pages that are viewable to the public. (That is posts that you don't need to be logged in Facebook to view).

This is easy for pages, by typing in the page name and finding the posts to use.
For other types of posts, they typically are not available to the public, but if they are they might work by trying the following:

1. Open Google Chrome and logout of Facebook if logged in
2. Find the post you wish to use
3. Under the title of the post it will have a clickable grey link that lists the date it was published.
4. Right click this link and select "Copy link address"
5. Go to vMix Social and paste this link in the Facebook settings by selecting the URL option.

Unfortunately that is not going to work, because the post in question doesnt appear on their public page without logging in.
