My video created in VMix a .ts file, when adding to a Video new input to play does not play Audio, video is fine. The option on the input for Audio to turn on does nothing, does not turn green, in the input settings the Audio options button does nothing as well. If I play in windows media player it works fine. I have connected audio out to line in on the computer but get no sound.
What am I doing wrong?

Have converted it to a .avi file and the Audio option on/off is available in the input module. So is there no way to get the .ts file audio in the input module?

Hi Martin. JohnL from Sweden amd I are testing a new device which is similar to the Cube. vMix ingests it fine except for audio. It produces the rtsp stream with emebded audio in AAC, AAC+ or AAC+++ formats. I assume that the lack of audio on the stream, which can be picked up in VLC, is due to a similar issue the knowledgebase article refers to. Thoughts?
