Yes, it's true. Martin has bravely volunteered to enter the domain of the Streaming Idiots tomorrow (11/16/16) at 3:00 PM Eastern.

Darn, I missed it. I would have liked to ask Martin about status of X99 Motherboards for Custom build. In past vMix session he had indicated experiencing a challenge with x99 Asus MoBo. I am using an x99 Asus and so far have no issues, but I am planning to try it with 16 camera inputs ( 2 x Deckling Quad 2) and would like some feedback on any issues with x99 MoBo before I proceed.

I can't speak to the X99 specifically, but in my past life I discovered that it's entirely common for motherboards to suffer PCI implementation issues.

My former employer made graphics devices based upon Windows hosts populated with dedicated hardware DSP boards. We passed multiple 1080p 4:4:4:4 streams across the PCI bus.

When we lost availability of our motherboard of choice we struggled to find newer motherboards that would deliver the required PCI performance.
