I have no problems downloading the vMix software. But the problem that I have is when I go to open the program my computer freezes. The computer is brand new so I know it is not a lack of memory. The computer I have is a gaming computer specifically being used so that our church can record our services. The computer that we are trying to use is the Cyberpower GXiVR8020A. Can you please help me out? Thank you in advance.

It sounds like a driver problem. To confirm it is not vMIx, restart the PC into SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING (http://www.digitalcitizen.life/4-ways-boot-safe-mode-windows-10). Load vMIX. then close everthing and restart the computer normally.
