Hello, I am a new VMix user, I have been using two full versions, one as a video mixer to broadcast to our UHF TV Channel, the other receives audio and video from the first to stream to facebook, the issue is the audio on the Live Facebook fails when using microphones (low, distorted and hallow) , this only happens on the streaming audio, when we monitor and record a video file the audio from the mics are perfect. Also we notices when we play a rolling music clip the sound is perfect for the streaming, but when we go back to mics the audio fails, I have tried multiples streaming settings changing audio rates, cant resolve the issue. Help please. Heres the link to our latest program , notice that when music video plays at around 26:00 audio gets normal then when the pgm host starts audio fails. https://www.facebook.com...videos/1764276260477809/

Sounds like a wiring issue with the microphone.
In a nutshell, most microphones are "balanced" and cause problems when connected to a computer audio input that expects "unbalanced".
What happens is the microphone sends two mono signals, both the exact opposite of each other. So if a site like Facebook mixes these together you will get a very low distorted signal as most of the audio is cancelled out.
To fix this, use a proper computer audio interface that supports XLR, or as a short term fix in the vMix audio mixer, click the cog icon for the audio input, change the channel to "Separate Mono" and drag the right audio level all the way down to 0.
