Lost Desktop Capture with Upgrade

Currently running the free version. Trying to upgrade to the 60 day trial. This messes up our desktop capture as this version cannot recognize the other PC on the local network. It only sees the vMix PC. Trial version has "NDI/Desktop Capture" whereas the free version I am running has only "Desktop Capture". We really would like to upgrade to the SD version so that we can have more overlays coming from another PC. Any advice would be appreciated.

I think it's most likely because you're using the old desktop capture without NDI support. Download the new version and use that on the remote PC and it should work with the trial version.

Thank you. Might try that on Monday which will give me a whole week to work on it before church service next Sunday. I will keep the old version for tomorrow's service.

Updated both PC's with vMix 17 and latest desktop capture with NDI. Remote PC capture crashes within 5 seconds. Remote PC is 32 bit while main vMix PC is 64. Could this be why capture crashes on the 32 bit PC? I had to revert back to vMix16. Really would like to have more than 1 overlay.
