                +1 (on preview screen)
Although it is a simple workaround to preview overlay (right click overlay button) such a "Title Safe" png, I was thinking about this the other day and thought that perhaps a permanent or "toggle able" frame on the Preview Screen would be very beneficial for everyone and in fact provide more "Usefulness" to that screen which has had it's share of detractors of late in favour of more screen estate.
One thing to remember about Title Safe areas is that the original purpose is, for the most part, no longer applicable, that is to allow for the overscan and plastic frames on old tube Televisions. In today's age of LED screens and On-Line viewing, you are pretty much getting edge to edge view-ability, the Title Safe Area now is more for framing esthetics.
 Just my thoughts.
