I'd like to ask about your experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud on PC that you also (mainly) use for vMix production.
I consider installing Adobe Creative Cloud - as I use my vMix production PC not that often, I would like to use its power for other things, like After Effects or maybe Premiere. Not at the same time with vMix, of course.
But I wonder if Adobe Creative Cloud may install some things (codecs, other software like licence checking) that can work in background and that could affect vMix.
Any comments? Use cases?

@ r@wisla
I can't report on Adobe CC, but I have Adobe CS5 installed on my system without issue and I can't imagine there would be issues with the latest version...

I have both Adobe CC Premiere Pro and After Effects installed on our vMx IR machine. It has not caused any issues whatsoever, but, we've never tried to use it while in the midst of a vMix session. I'm not that brave.

I ran the Adobe CC on my Streaming Laptop for quite a long time without any problems... now I switched to my Macbook for the Adobe-Programs and therefore can't report anything with vMix 17 as I ran it "back in the days" when I was still using vMix 15 & 16...

Thanks for your response.
Unfortunately I can't share that positive experience.
I installed the CC and while Photoshop CC is opened the CPU (i7-2860qm) usage increased 15-25%. In vMix that resulted in some sound "pops and clicks".
Never had such issues with Photoshop CS3.

We have premiere, photoshop and media encoder installed.
Beware of lightroom though, especially if you have big harddrives this program is a pain in the ass: it installs an SQL server which scans your drives if you don't configure it correctly.
Our policy is not to install anything we don't need on the job, and only touch the vmix pc's if really necessary.
I'm looking for a way though, to be able to connect the pc's to the network and let them help in some distributed network jobs. With premiere this is not possible (yet), which is a pitty, because those pc's are really powerfull and just standing in a corner 4 days out of 7.
