NDI / Text Ticker Quality Degrades Over Time

I noticed in today's show that the Text Ticker degraded over time, maybe 15-20 minutes. The Ticker originates in my production PC (i7-2600K Windows10Ann) and is picked up by my ASUS ROG laptop (i7 Windows10Ann) via NDI and streamed to YouTube. See photos.

Any ideas?
