It has been a while since I added an APC Mini to a vmix setup. I am now trying to add an APC Mini to another PC and vMix does not recognize it. I can't recall if there is a file that has to be loaded into vMix in order for the APC Mini to be recognized. Thanks for any help!

I am not trying to use color features on the APC Mini. I just want to use the many buttons on the pad as quick and easy shortcuts. If I could ever get the lights to work as well that would be really sweet but I can manage with them :)

I switched USB cables and it works fine. If anyone has any details on setting up the APC Mini to have lit buttons, then that would be awesome. I can manage without it but it would be very nice to have them :) Another really nice thing to have would be some type of custom fit button label, like some type of vinyl overlay (overlayed all buttons) that had button functions written on it so in a case where you have many shortcuts, you have them all labeled.

Hi, vMix will support lit buttons (feature called "Activators"), but first in the end of the year (release of vMix 18). BUT - I've developed a little custom application that enables lighting on Akai MIDI controllers; APC Mini and MIDI Mix. Is there a save option? When I close the program and reopen it, everything I've added is gone.
