I'm trying out vMix's built-in PTZ control for the first time and I can't get past this error. The camera is connected to the vMix machine directly via a crossover CAT5e cable and I have full control via a web browser, but this is what I get when I try to connect in vMix. DVE attached the following image(s): vMix PTZ Error.JPG (44kb) downloaded 2 time(s).You cannot view/download attachments. Try to login or register.

Sounds like a bad IP address, I would verify your IP address for your camera in web browser 1st or native software if available.

Another question about vMix control of the PTZoptics camera:
When creating a virtual input, is there a way to save the focus setting? Autofocus seems to work pretty well, but it would be nice to be able to bypass it in a virtual input/preset if desired.
