Currently, in order to show the vMix live video on the church screens, we have to change the address on the HDMI matrix. This causes the projectors to re-acquire inputs and shows a blue screen for a few moments. This works but is not ideal to do during a service.

Now with an NDI output in vMix can we send vMix fullscreen to the mac running ProPresenter via NDI? Would the "NDI Video Monitor" play nice with the Syphon feature inside of PorPresenter 6?

Has anyone been successful in getting vMix into ProPresenter via NDI?

Someone in the forum here pointed me to the NDI module for ProPresenter when I asked about capturing slides in vMix. I was hoping that module was a 2-way street but it appears to only send via NDI, not receive.

I would love you hear about your attempts and/or successes. Thanks.

It is possible, but not effective

vMix-NDIout PC -> Mac NDItoSyphon->CamTwist->ProPresenter
