Can vMix be used for real-time/live video mux/mixing of a live-video-feed from a video camera ... and the playback of a video file?

Also, can vMix auto-create a visible/audible metronome during playback?

Am looking for something to help dance to choreograph video. In the past I had to manually create my own metronome audio/video track... with it disbursing visible metronome numbers on screen. It would be so much better if there was a video editor that can do all this in real-time... plugins whatnot...
