I have an event coming up and needed to record some of the Sponsors commercials off Youtube. Last night I tried to use the desktop capture feature on my vMix machine with dual monitors to ingest the video and record the Program Out. The recorded video was very choppy and did not look good at all. Next, I used a different machine to play the Youtube videos with the separate Desktop Capture program running on this machine. Recording this input on the vMix machine worked perfectly. What could be causing the different results? The vMix settings were the same under both configurations.

Off topic, but a Youtube video downloader would be an easier and better option, there are free sites where you punch in the URL of the video and it will spit out a MP4
