I need do produce sports highlight clips in Apple ProRes 422 50i and would like to achieve that somehow with Instant Replay, because I don't want to cut the replays afterwards and would rather do it live.

What is the best way to achieve this? Is there a way to use Instant Replay for that? I hope you can help me out.
