Hi all,

in a bit of a pickle with simultaneous outputs. Using a vMix GO plus - trying to use native screen for vMix Op, Displayport output for camera op display and HDMI output for program output to LED Video Wall.

Within windows I can run any combination of two outputs but not three - windows won't detect the third screen.

What is the functionality of the four video outputs on the motherboard side of the case (3 of Displayport, 1 of HDMI)?

Meant to be live at 1000 tomorrow (Wed 20th BST) so hoping someone can help?

Best,

David Reeve

If you need instant help, it is best to also email support.

I do not own a vMix go myself, but the specs say it has a Geforce GTX 950 under the hood. That card should be able to connect up to 4 displays simultaneously.

Hi Mathijs,

indeed- the spec also states HDMI, Displayport and 2 HD-SDI OUTPUTS.

Having had a good google I suspect this is a Win10 issue rather than vMix. Though having having brought a GO I would expect hardware and OS work without issue?

I have contact customer support - just covering my bases.

Best,

D.

When I google it, I see indeed a lot of windows 10 users are struggling with it.
I guess you did your online search already, but:
Did you look at both the windows display config and the Nvidia control panel?
Did you try to connect to 2 displayport outputs instead of hdmi and displayport?

In the nvidia control panel you may find an option for selecting the monitors you will have active. You need to select them here. It seems to override the windows display strings.

Solved - updated nvidia drivers and could then select third monitor.

Thanks for the help.
