From 22-24 july 2016 we will be livestreaming 2 stages from the Tomorrowland festival in Belgium with vmix. You will be able to watch it on www.tomorrowland.com . Our team is around 20 people, we hired user Mathijs voor techical support on site as well, so he will be involved in the production too :)

We're designing a completely new setup right now, where vmix will be used to the fullest: 7-8 HD inputs, 1 4k input and many virtual ones. We're responsible for the smaller stages, the mainstage will be covered by a huge television production crew. Still we make a nice production with cranes and lots of moving camera's.

If we make it to the numbers of the previous years, i expect millions to watch te livestream, and millions to watch the sets afterwards on youtube. in 2013 17 million people watched this livestream, Fingers crossed :)

please make a behind the scenes video of how you use vmix and keep production and servers running. p.e. how do you cover redundancy if a machine fails, how is it all connected, distances covered, switches and backups ... and you minimize latency between inputs and between vmix machines, etc.

I'm definitely planning to make a behind the scenes video, but not explaining everything in detail. Not that I don't want to discuss, but I think it's not so important to show that stuff. I don't mind answering specific questions, but don't want to reveal the full setup.
