Hello,

I just bought the Elgato 60S.
But when I try to use this as a camera I get the error message Elgato Helper Device (unavailable)

:
AddNewInput
Capture Device Is Not Supported, Device Reported the following: Video Capture
32595559-0000-0010-8000-00aa00389b71

I installed the driver and software that was suggested and restart the computer.
But I got the same 'camera'

Anyone with suggestions?

I just bought the same device and am having the same experience, any progress on this issue?

I disconnected the internet (in case the drivers tried to load automatically), uninstalled the driver (in device manager and add/remove programs), rebooted and ran the Download Game Capture 3.5 Beta software setup.

Once it was completed running, I launched it and made sure the device worked there and then closed the Game Capture software.

Then I launched vMix and selected an input, this time the actual device was listed (along with the same previous elgato helper...(unavailable) listing), so I just selected the device and it worked with no issues.

Hope this helps anyone else having this issue
