Yes. Note that you have to use Stream Engine to bring in a source into vMix and this may have quite a bit of added latency.
"The Live Gamer HD Stream Engine makes Live Gamer HD compatible with DirectShow compliant software (e.g., OBS, WireCast, FME...) by creating a virtual device called Live Gamer HD Stream Engine ”.

Check the Stream Engine is 64bit. I have the Live Gamer Portable and its only a 32bit driver, so you can only use the 32bit version of Vmix. People have been requesting a 64bit driver for over 2 years from AverMedia for the stream Engine. Both LGP and LGP Lite have different versions for the stream engine. Since this a card PCIE it may work but with 64bit version as it has DirectShow capability. But OBS users have mention the original card stream engine is not visable in the 64bit version so guessing lite version will have the same issue
