I've tried numerous IP cameras which all work fine with vMix for mixing and re-streaming, however I've not found any that show up as inputs under Multicorder. Are there any IP cameras that are supported for Multicorder? (No mention one way or another in online help.) Thanks.

No, only camera inputs trough SDI or HDMI input cards, or NDI inputs are available for multicording.
So in the future, when there are camera's available that have NDI output, those will work.

Perhaps NewTeks's NDI Connect can be used to make IP cam input an NDI output
