Hi,
Can you check the following:
Go to Sound control panel in windows then find the DeckLink Studio PCIe device in Playback and right click and go to properties.
Check Default Format under the Advanced Tab, if it has there Stereo then it needs to be changed to 4 or 6 channel depending on what is supported by the device.
I do need to point out that officially, the Audio Outputs is only supported for use with the 6 channels of audio on sound card and ASIO devices.
It is possible the Decklink Studio PCIe does not work as a normal multi channel sound card in this respect.

Hi,
Currently vMix supports output to decklink devices through External Output which is the supported way of sending audio through these devices and it does indeed use the API.
However as you know, vMix has 2 channel output support for recording, streaming and also external output.
The exception is ASIO and Windows audio devices that support multi channel audio. While the blackmagic API does support multi-channel, it is a lot harder to implement then if they simply made it available on their Windows audio devices as well, which vMix can fully take advantage of.
As I hope you can understand we have hundreds of features requests we have to prioritise at any given time, I would like nothing more than to add every feature everybody ever asked for but there just isn't enough time in the day! This unfortunately is one of those features that doesn't have a high priority at this time.
