I can't figure out for the life of me how to set a trigger in a Virtual Set to go to a specific view, like close up or any of the 4 automatically with a small delay.

Can someone help, I've tried everything on completion, on transitionIn/Out nothing seems to trigger a change in the virtual set in the active output window.

@ pstuart

I think a 'Shortcut' would be a better solution, if I have understood you correctly.

But it's there no way to change the input zoom programmatically? Maybe set a shortcut then call that shortcut programmatically?

@ pstuart

Perhaps you should describe exactly what you want to achieve in terms of the visual effect progression.
I'm having a hard time understanding the application of such an 'automated' effect by a "Trigger", although I'm sure there is a means to do it, it's just a matter of understanding what it is you require.

Ok, no problem.

In virtual sets there are 4 preset zoom levels.

Also in the setup for virtual sets (and any input) there are triggers (effectively macros) that can run on a few triggers, onCompletion, OnTransitionIn, etc.

These triggers can do many things, like switch the preview input to another input, etc. and can be set to fire at specific times and run for certain durations.

I am trying to figure out how to get the "zoom" effect like you can by clicking on the virtual set closeup view 1, which slowly zooms into the talent via a trigger.

So, after my intro plays, I want it to automatically trigger the virtual set (done) but after the virtual set is the active input, any triggers involving selecting the zoom level on the virtual set doesn't seem to fire. (maybe a bug?)

I have many triggers already set up, for showing titling and fading it out, etc. showing a bug in the bottom left, etc.

Just can't seem to figure how to trigger the virtual PTZ like effects that clicking the zoom levels in the input box does.

Hopefully that helps explain what I am trying to do. Thanks for trying to help.

@ pstuart

Use "SelectIndex" to zoom into a Virtual Set preset image.
(either with "Triggers" or when setting up a "Shortcut")

Hope that helps.
