Working on getting this up and running for our church service tomorrow. Looks like it will work directly with FFMpeg in vMix. Waiting to get the Live Videos tab to show up on our page. Here is the documentation. https://www.facebook.com...okmedia/get-started/live

Interesting that you have to have a verified page.
and this......

Video Length •90 minute maximum length.

I can't get that tab to show up yet. Is this tab active for anyone else's verified page?

This is seriously a gamechanger for live streaming in Australia.
The majority of people (even 80 year olds) in Australia use Facebook. But if you do a live stream and post a link, only a certain percentage of people will actually click through to see it.
My mum gets confused if she has to click through to another page.
This will massively increase eyeballs on live streams we do, absolutely love it.

Thank link doesnt work for my pages and the tab still doesn't show up, but I found a work around for now. I downloaded the trial for Wirecast and authenticated using the Wirecast streaming window. It popped up with a Facebook permissions window and then it created the event and then gave me the full url. I split the URL at the stream key and entered the URLS into vMix and it worked!
