When I try to broadcast any sources from vMix over NDI, be that the main output or individual sources other devices on the network recieve a very low frame rate version. If I use the NDI SDK things broadcast fine over the network and the output also looks fine locally for me in the NDI Video Monitor. Pulling in other sources over the network also works flawlessly, it's just when I try to broadcast my output over NDI that it's laggy as hell.

Any solutions?

Ensure you have the latest build of vMix. It has the latest Newtek NDI components.

Silly me. Even though my taskbar was saying I was connected via wired for some reason it was prioritizing wireless. I disabled wireless and now it works.
