Im using Galaxy s6 with android app Ip Webcam. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pas.webcam&hl=en

1-Connect your phone in your network via wifi.
2-Open the app Ip Webcam andStart the server.
3-Enter the ip addres with port in vmix - Web Browser
4-Select browser and fullscreen..and done.

Im waiting an NDI tool for android, but for now this app works smoothly.

Or you can just use a live camera feed as a RTSP stream https://play.google.com/...miv.rtspcamera&hl=en and skip using webbrowsers.
