Hi everyone! Newbie question: is it possible in vMix to do periodically (e.g. every 15 minutes) overlayed title on live video (e.g. contacts information)?

@ Alexiy
Are you meaning in an "Automated" way? AFAIK, there is no built in app or timer function that will allow you to pre-program a DSK like that. However, it should be possible to set something up with an Up-Stream Key that may fulfill your needs (depending, of course, on your precise requirements). I would look at setting up a "Virtual Input" of your desired live video input and use the 'MultiView' feature to overlay your desired title onto. Next set-up a looping "Playlist" that cuts to the "Virtual Input" every 15 minutes for the desired exposure time of the graphic. (this, of course, works best with a single live video Input, which I assume is what you are doing since live switching would not require such 'automation' every 15 minutes)

Thanks, Ice! Nice idea. Is it possible to do such "automatic" or "scheduled" action with scripts?

@ Alexiy
I don't have any working knowledge of 'Scripts', but I don't see any reason why scripts wouldn't work since, AFAIK, just about anything you can do with vMix can be controlled with scripts, but there again, I have to defer to those with expertise and experience with such things.

I think the script path would be the way to go. Have a script send an httprequest to activate/deactivate the titeloverlay at a set timeinterval.
