multiple instances of haali audio splitter spawning when I use vMix

I have a regular broadcast that uses 1 audio input in the camera input (embedded audio)
the second is a List of audio tracks, and the third is one video.

Yesterday I noticed this odd spawning of multiple haali instances.

vMix slowed to a crawl and stopped, then I had to reboot it.

Are the issues connected? Do I even need Haali Media splitter?

I have been wondering about the multiple instances of the haali audio splitter - at the last count I had about 40 of them on one of my VMIX systems.

Haven't investigated, anybody have an answer. If it needs them fine - but could do with unclogging the taskbar.
