I am using a Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle with a Composite Input, as I haven't been able to get the HDMI to work. My question is what is the best setting for a composite input?

The sizes are limited on the capture, but I usually show it as a widescreen and it looks fine on a 16:9 resolution. If I show my output to be 640x360 it seems to be fine, but just want to know if there is anything else I can do.
