I am trying to purchase the software but your system states that it doesn't accept my visa card.
Is there an issue with visa or do you have to pay through pay-pal? I do not have an pay-pal account.

Hi,

If you click the PayPal order link on the Purchase page it will give you the option of either using a PayPal account or entering in your credit card details directly.

I have tried that twice and it tells me (The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number.)
It is a good card with money available. I am in the US but the process does know it is a visa card. I do not have a pay pal account and don't use them.

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks Greg

Hi Greg,

There are a couple of reasons why the payment might not go through:

1. The billing details entered on the PayPal page are different to those on your credit card statement.
PayPal verifies these details so make sure items such as ZipCode etc exactly match your last bill.

2. The card is already associated with a PayPal account.
Is it possible an account was setup in the past, if only briefly?

Regards,

Martin
