I'm testing the vmix2012 v3 on my PC, running w7 64 pro.
my system is already beeing used for prof video services (we use the full ADOBE pacage).
The PC is fast and has very good features.

We have 4 different Sony Video cameras.

BUT, when we capture video + audio through vMIX the sound is horrible. It sounds as if one was talking through a long tube!

We have tried all possibilities (let me state, that when we record through ADOBE the sound is great).

Do anyone have experiences about this, and do you have any solutions for this or any ideas??

Please help

Regards

Eivind

a "tube" sound is often related to an audio loop somewhere, introducing some phase artefacts: you're probably recording the sound twice. What's your setup?

Hi,

Please try v4 below and use the new "vMix Audio" to see if it fixes the issue:

The new audio device removes any loops, so if that is the cause this will solve it.

Martin

One more time thanks!

You know, when your up to something, you cant stop looking.

So I found that there was a new version v4. This I have just been installing, AND as you writes: this took care of my problem!
So now I'm very happy (my wife isn't, because I'm going to spend some of my weekend to set up our studio and test Livestreaming).

I like the vMIX2012 very much.

Regards

Eivind
