If you do decide to get new cameras you might consider one of the newer PTZ cameras that target video conferencing. I have the AVER CAM520 in my office right now. It's pretty nice. USB.20 connected. Delivers a 1080p30 MJPG stream with low latency. Has a real glass 12x optical zoom lens. The PTZ has 10 built-in presets and supports VISCA serial remote control, as well as IR & USB remote control. At just $850 it's a pretty good value. AVER CAM520It's markedly more flexible than it's nearest competitor, the Logitech PTZ Pro webcam. I have one of those as well. Michael

Thank you Michael, we will certainly give this camera a look. Once we switched to S-Video on our 2 Sony EVID-70 cameras we did see a noticeable improvement in video quality. Pastor would like to do broadcast TV some day. That would be a great time for a complete system upgrade.
