Hi, I need to use the web api interface for controlling vMix.

Right Now i need to programatically change the stream name field before start stream, because on server side acts as a DVR, streamname is the video file name.

Any advice?

Shot in the dark since you question is not very detailed, but it sounds like you need to use the API related to your stream provider such as YouTube or Ustream, not vMix's.
