Currently using a VGA to Composite (RCA) converter to bring the image from another PC into vMix. Works ok but not great. Picture is not always stable. What other options might be available to capture from another PC?

Here are a few options.
1. Pair of BM Intensity Pro cards - on each each PC
2. HDMI out from 2nd PC to BM Intensity Pro on 1st PC
3. vMix Desktop Capture on 2nd PC

Looking over the vMix Desktop Capture feature makes me wonder if I can simply make sure both computers are on the same network and capture that way.

That is exactly how it works. We bring our hymns and scriptures into vMix from an auxillary PC.
