@ doggy

Works fine for me.
Have you 'ticked' the "Automatically Play Next Item" box in "Edit Items" pop-up window (right click input)?

Thanks Icestream but I am talking about the playlist not the list (which is an input).
its quick and easy to select already loaded clips ( and trimmed)

Still works for me with either "List" or "Playlist" feature.
(no boxes ticked in "Playlist", "Auto mix & Auto Play with transition" in 'General' of each input but not "Restart" or "Pause").

ok found it.

etting an In and OUT point in the clips mess up the playlist function.
Although it will play the firt clip as marked just fine because of it it WILL NOT advance to the next one.
deleting the in/out points and specifying starting time and duration does work, will jump to next even if that has in/out points but gets stuck after that one
Defeats the quick ability to trim clips and use in playlist a bit (takes more time to set starting time and duration in each clip AND have to delete those points set in the clip itself

Sounds like a wrong "Setting" or possible 'bug' in your set-up somewhere, because I cannot seem re-produce your issue.
As indicated above, everything 'plays' fine for me in both "List" and "Playlist".
