Was wondering if the speed of the overlay fading in could be controlled?

Duration= seems to be ignored for instance /API/?Function=OverlayInput1&Input=$DSK1$&Duration=20 ($DSK1$ substituted for an input) - the overlay takes its time from the setting in VMIX menus.
