Hello there.

I am trying to insert an input to play a video in vMix Basic Edition. The problem is I can't get the video to add. It keeps popping up with an error saying 'No Such interface supported". I have an HP EliteBook 6930p running Windows 8.1, I tried a Webcam and it works. I just need the video input because I use vMix for Worship Services at Church and this is a new laptop to replace an old broken one! Please help!!!

Thank you and God Blessed You.

Hi Zach,

Make sure windows is up to date, the latest version of vMix 15 is installed and if you still see
the error click Send Error Report so we can investigate further.

Thanks,

Martin

I am still having trouble. I just sent an error report! Is there any other solutions that I could try?
