I use a couple of Logitech web cams and would like to make it easier to change the zoom level. Currently I go into the properties for the input, then choose Advanced, then choose Properties, and this brings up the Logitech control for that input. Is there a way to assign this to a shortcut key? If not, please put the ability to control zoom into the interface. Another program I use has this feature (with a live preview) and it's very handy.

Hi

You can use the SetZoom Function.

To quote the vMix Help

Change current Zoom level of Input.
1 = 100%, 0.5 = 50%, 2 = 200%
Input, Value (+= and -= supported)

Does that help?

+=.5 and -=.5 work nicely as zoom and unzoom.

Now for a related question.

I would like to set autofocus on and off for the Logitech cameras.
So this goes back to my original question... is there a way to bring up the property sheet for a specific camera?
This would let me get to the camera's autofocus, zoom, pan, and other controls.

Thanks in advance,

Go to the Advanced tab on the Input settings. Click on the Properties button.

Yes, I know I can go to the properties button through the UI, but I am trying to see if I can assign that to a shortcut keystroke.

You will need to use a program external to vMix such as Auto HotKeys http://www.autohotkey.com/

I have used AHK before with other programs, and like it. I just wanted to see if ther was a way to do these tasks within vmix, using shortcut key configuration.
