I want ask if it is possible to make streaming with 3 different INPUTS at the same time via vMix ?

Not sure if I understood you correctly,
If you want each of your 3 inputs to be streamed independently, the answer is NO.
vMix allows for a single program "Output" for streaming internally.
vMix 4K and Pro allow for two external outputs which can be different 'Inputs', that you would have to "stream' externally, but you cannot get three 'different' Inputs to be output with vMix currently.
The "MultiCorder" feature of those two versions will allow you to record multiple 'Capture' inputs (typically cameras).

If you are looking to 'Stream' three different "Inputs" or cameras, you will likely need to run three instances of vMix or your streaming software each linked to the source you want to stream.

If, on the other hand, you want to stream all three inputs in the same shot (PiP/multi-screen special effect), then the answer is YES.
You can configure a 'MultiView' special effect to include all three inputs on the screen at the same time.

I hope that answers your question somewhat.

Yes i want each of my 3 inputs to be streamed independently ... but seems CANNOT be ...

If i understood well vMix 4K and Pro CAN do that but only 2 INPUTS ... right?

You have 60 days of fully functional trial to experiment and 'play' with vMix to figure out if it is the right software for you.

You have nothing to lose!

I would suggest that there is likely a way to accomplish what it is you want to do, it just might not be as simple as you would like.

U mean OBS ? Yes, also i use it and yes it makes multiple streaming at the same time ... but i think vMix give better quality (possible reason for that maybe the use of FFMPEG)

Or if you are not doing anything to the inputs but streaming them "raw" a simple 4 input H.264 encoder. There are heaps around mostly used in IPTV. I have not tried (4 input encoders), but here is an example: http://www.digicast.cn/en/proddetail.asp?id=330

That takes 4 HDMI inputs and send 4 RTMP streams out. However that is ALL it does. No overlays, no anything else and isn't a Vmix solution at all so most likely off topic for the forum.
