Do you mean the computer BIOS or the Osprey firmware? I tried several bios versions because of cpu upgrades, but that didn't help at all.

New drivers for osprey 440 solve the problem of horizontal lines. Card now works without errors. ;)

Do you mean Version 5.0.1.93, 01/2015?

Yes, that version. On my machine works ok, I almost had a livestream about 6 hours and no mistake.

I tested it and the problems seems to be solved indeed. The driver is changed, there is no preview windows anymore in the config tool, but that's no problem.
So, my Osprey will be reinstated and the Winnov 400 can retire. :)
The audio capture quality of the Osprey 440 is much better too than my on board audio.
I guess the hardware motion adaptive deinterlace of the Osprey is to be preferred over the vMix 50i deinterlace feature.

Yes Winnov gives a much worse picture than Osprey. I use the direct mode in Filters of the Osprey and satisfied with the image quality.

You don't use the built in deinterlacing? With a special reason? (latency?)
When I disable postprocessing there are a lot of horizontal stripes.

Any particular reason only I noticed that the image quality is the best in direct mode. Also in vMix unchecked Deinterlace Blend in Input and checked Interlaced Recording in Settings.

Unfortunately the problem is back. With only 3 inputs it's OK, but with all 4 video inputs used the intermittent lines are back.

The last event that I had was with 4 cameras and everything was fine. Have you removed Winnov card from computer?

Yes, I restored a fresh Windows image before installing the Osprey.

On my machine: MB Asrock P55, i7 (870), 4GB RAM, NVidia gt240, SSD 60GB system disk and SSD 60GB for recording, BM IntensityPRO for video Out, Win7 SP1 Ultimate x64 and vMix 14.0.0.106 x64 work fine. I do not know what could be the problem, perhaps to insert a Ospery to another PCI slot.

I only have one PCI slot, it's a Shuttle XPC. However, the quality of the Winnov is satisfactory, I am missing especially the audio capture feature of the Osprey. The sound quality is much better than the Shuttles onboard audio and better then most affordable usb soundcards.
