Sometimes when settings are changed, vMix asks the user if it's OK to restart.
If the Recorder, Streamer or External is on it would very helpful if vMix warned about that that its the case. Thus reducing the risk that a recording is lost, a stream or external is interrupted.

Extra nice would be if the user opts not to restart, that vMix remembered the situation. And when recording, and streaming, and external have stopped asked "Restart vMix in order to commit recent settings changes"?
