I thought I share my settings to create high quality MP4 files with you.

In vMix I use mpeg-2 ts @ 50 Mbits as recoding format and for encoding to MP4 I use
TMPGENC Video Mastering Works 6

The correct settings for encoding high quality MP4 files I got from this nice page:
